MB CLUB OF LITHUANIA TRIP AROUND LITHUANIA 2018

Event will take place in 2018-09-01 and will visit region of Ukmerge.
MB Club invites all friends and Mercedes-Benz marqe lovers to the event, which will take place on September 1-2. The trip is split into three parts. Trip from Vilnius to Ukmerge, cultural part, and evening program.

This year we plan to visit one of the oldest Lithuanian cities - Ukmerge and its surroundings. The introduction will start in Ukmerge, a city tour with a guide, we will visit Uzugiris. Educational program following the President A. Smetona's villa, we will also attend the bakery of “Sakotis”.
The close of the day will take a place in Taujenai manor built in 1802. There will be a tour round manor and an evening program, dinner, overnight stay (in the chosen room).

Meetings:

Departure time: 9.00 AM
Meeting point: "Baltic petrolium" petrol station on the road of Ukmerge.
* Guests are kindly requested to be present at the meeting place 15 minutes before departure. We will inform the participants about the meeting places in other cities.

First stop: Ukmergė city, 10:00 Shopping center "EIFELIS".

The event program**:

September 1 Saturday:

9:15 - 10:00 Meeting in Vilnius, trip Vilnius - Ukmerge;
10:00 - 10:30 participants meeting in Ukmerge city, parking lot of PC EIFILIS (preparation for the tour);
12:30 - 13:30 Lunch break;
13:30 - 14:00 driving to the next program place;
14:00 - 14:30 educational program "Šakotis baking";
14:30 - 17:00 Educational program "Villa of President A. Smetona ";
17:00 to 18:00 we go to Taujėnai Manor;
18:00 - 19:00 excursion around Taujėnai Manor;
19.00 evening program at Taujėnai Manor;

Next day: breakfast.

* The daytime lunch price of EUR 5-8 is not included in the participant's cost.
** The program can be exchanged before the event, the registered will be informed about the changes by e-mail. by mail

Registration is executed:
Gintare@mbclub.lt will send a request indicating:
Name surname and phone (contact person);
The city;
Number of participants;
Will you take part in the evening part, whether you sleep and what kind of room you book. The reservation is kept for two days;
After the price is paid the participant is registered.

Participation fee.
EUR 35 without participation in the western part and without overnight stays;
EUR 50 in the western part and without overnight stays;
60 EUR / person (for two people) or 70 EUR / person. (living for 1 person) all program with double type A room (shower and toilet for two rooms) guest house near the manor *;
65 EUR / person (for two people) or 80 EUR / person. (living for 1 person) all program with double B-room (private shower and WC) guest house near the manor *, **;
85 EUR / person (for two people) all program with double C-room (authentic room in the manor) ***.

* two single or double bed. The property has an extra 10 EUR / room. Extra bed 5 EUR (guest name only). The number of rooms is limited, the reservation is made according to the time of payment of the tax.
** The property has a family room with two single rooms and two single beds (reserved only with confirmation that it is free).
*** there are three rooms. The reservation is made only with the confirmation that it is free and according to the time of payment of the tax.
**** alcoholic beverages are not included in the price during the evening (purchase at the restaurant bar).
***** Children under 12 years of age free of charge, except for a hot meal during dinner and / or an extra bed (subject to registration).
