STJERNELØPET 2019.
Annual rally of the Mercedes-Benz Club, NorwayJune 14-16 2019, Thon Hotel Kristiansund.For 2019 it is the Trondheim division of the Mercedes Benz Club of Norway who will
host the annual race/event Stjerneløpet. The beautiful area of Kristiansund is
selected for the event, and Thon Hotel Kristiansund will function as the event hotel.
The hotel is located on Innlandet, one of the four main islands Kristiansund is built
on, right by the strait in scenic surroundings.
The hotel offers 97 rooms with 200 beds, and there’s ample parking space outside.
There will also be established car wash facilities connected to the parking area.
The Stjerneløpet race on June 15th starts at the hotel, and we’ll drive out of
Kristiansund across Averøya and on to the fabulous and scenic Atlantic Ocean’s
Road. Along the route lunch will be served at the spectacular marble mines of
Bergtatt. After lunch we’ll return to Kristiansund via Eide and Bergsøya. There are
five posts along the course.
The event dinner and the prize ceremony will take place at the hotel's banquet hall in
the evening when the race is completed.
We hope that many Mercedes Benz club members from all over Europe will find time
to join us this weekend in Kristiansund. Please respond quickly to this invitation, as
there’s a limited capacity at the hotel (97 rooms).
